Do I need to make an appointment, I’ve been a client for many years?

The Practice values its clients and wants to ensure you always receive the high quality of service you are used to. It is best to make an appointment so we can allocate sufficient time to your enquiry.

Can I get telephone advice over the phone?

We prefer to meet with our clients face to face, but understand this is not always possible. For existing clients, telephone conferences can be arranged.

Do I have to come to your office for an appointment?

We understand many of our clients are not mobile. Arrangements can be made to visit special needs clients at their residence

What will it cost to see a solicitor?

Costs vary depending on the complexity of the issues and your instructions, however we will always provide an estimated fee on request.

I haven’t seen a solicitor before, what do I need to bring?

In order to avoid delays, it’s best not to walk in but phone ahead and speak with our friendly staff and briefly explain your enquiry.  They will arrange a convenient time for you to meet with a solicitor and advise what you should bring to the appointment.
